For orders the prices which are listed at the time of your order on the product page apply. These prices are exclusive of taxes and the final prices (inclusive of taxes) are shown in the shopping cart page.

Credit card – We accept VISA and Master Cards

Bank Transfer – if you wish to pay to the bank via transfer or deposit, please contact us via 077 2 369 268, required info will be provided

Mobile Payments – eZ cash and Mcash has been enabled on www.outfit.lk and you can pay via them too. However to verify the transaction has gone through please verify calling us 077 2 369 268.

Cash on delivery – you can select cash on delivery option and you can pay to the delivery agent at the point of delivering the package


Delivery will only be given to the shipping address provided by you. It is your responsibility that it is possible to ship to the address during normal working hours.

Package can be delivered within 4-6 days and delivery team will contact you prior to deliver the package and please be kind enough to arrange the delivery confirmed a date. Delivery time could be vary due to the delivery volume, road traffic etc.

www.outfit.lk will be provided an e-invoice upon the successful transaction and order confirmation will be e-mail you. If the payment option is bank transfer, still you will get a soft copy of the bill via an e-mail or via the same communication channel you’ve reached us.

If the payment option is COD ( Cash on delivery ) We will paste the invoice on the package and you may pay the total stated in the invoice and no other chargers should be paid

If you are ordering for a special event such as B’day gift or any other celebration and if you wish to proceed with special packing / wrapping, please state that at the point of ordering. Our team will assist you.

We usually deliver within 4-6 working days of placement of the order. For orders with multiple items and different delivery times, the longest delivery time applies..

In case of manufacturing defect with the item, you can inform to us within 03 days of receipt and you will be refunded after the items have been inspected by us. There you can pick either go for a refund or exchange with same style or another style

Please do take care that you pack items securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and with all original packaging (tags etc.). Outfit.lk delivery & fulfilment team will look after package return or the exchange. They will coordinate you and the courier team to arrange the refund / Exchange with no any hassle. Please note that shipping charges will not be re-imbursed.

We usually offer Delivery FREE island-wide and that will not be applicable for an instance where you request for an exchange or refund. For the exchange delivery fee of Rs. 300 will be added and that you can pay via any of our payment options available.

Exchange can be done upon the request made by you. Exchange request should be reached us on the same within 3 days from the package delivered and you can reach us via 0772 369 268 to inform the about exchange

Delivery fee will be added to the exchange and Rs. 300 will be added as the delivery fee

Exchange will be accepted only one time and more than 1 exchange requests will not be accepted.
